The Toronto Transportation Club (TTC) names Stacey Large, associate vice-president of Select Trailer Sales, as president for 2025 during the TTC’s 109th annual gala following its Annual General Meeting at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre on Dec. 5.
The event drew close to 1,400 transportation professionals, marking one of the largest gatherings in the club’s history.
Joining Large in leadership roles are Peter Stefanovich, president of Left Lane Associates, and Jeff Pries, senior vice-president of sales and marketing at Bison Transport, as first and second vice-presidents, respectively. Chris Petersen, director of Air Canada Cargo’s commercial freighter program and eCommerce, will serve as immediate past president. Meanwhile, Liam O’Briain, executive account manager of Penske Truck Leasing has retired from the board of directors.
The newly elected board of directors for the 2024-2025 term features leaders across the transportation and media sectors, including trucking, rail, logistics, and fleet management.

- Angelique Magi, vice-president of insurance, Element Fleet Management
- Zaine Van Patter, AVP transportation integration and ops support, Canadian Tire Corporation
- Jeff Pries, senior vice-president of sales and marketing, Bison Transport
- Arun Rebello, national manager of transportation and logistics, TD Bank
- Mickey Sague, senior manager of cargo sales–Canada, Air Canada Cargo
- Ralph Scrivo, central district sales manager, Peterbilt of Canada
- Jeanette St. Pierre, director of sales–intermodal, CPKC
- David Tumber, president, Kriska Transportation Group
- Justin Nice, account manager, Reefer Sales and Service
During the evening, hockey legend and trailblazer Hayley Wickenheiser delivered a keynote, talking to attendees about perseverance and leadership.
Additionally, the club awarded $45,500 in scholarships to five post-secondary students, underscoring its commitment to supporting the next generation.
The Platinum Award of Distinction was presented to Robert McDonald of Apps Transport Group for significant contributions as a long-time sponsor and supporter of TTC initiatives.
