Trucking HR Canada has announced the full schedule for its 2025 Women with Drive Leadership Summit, set for March 6 at the Westin Toronto Airport Hotel. The event will feature breakout sessions on sustainability, workforce development, and stress management, alongside the newly introduced THRC lounge, HR and Compliance Hub.
Attendees will have the opportunity to engage with Trucking HR Canada staff and onsite legal experts to discuss the Canada Labor Code, upcoming regulatory changes, and compliance deadlines. The lounge will also provide access to HR tools and resources designed to support industry professionals.

The sustainability session will highlight best practices from Top Fleet Employers on reducing environmental footprints and enhancing operational efficiency. A session on workforce development will provide a look at a new Trucking HR Canada program aimed at attracting, retaining, and advancing women in the workplace. The summit will also address stress management in the transportation industry, with a session exploring strategies to help industry leaders navigate challenges with resilience.
Now in its 11th year, the Women with Drive Leadership Summit brings together industry leaders, emerging professionals, and change-makers committed to increasing the participation of women and other underrepresented groups in Canada’s trucking and logistics sector.
