Police are searching for two suspects after two heavy tow trucks were set on fire in Brampton, Ont., early Jan. 13.
At about 3:15 a.m., officers responded to reports of a fire near Orenda Road and Rutherford Road, Peel Regional Police told trucknews.com. Upon arrival, police found multiple vehicles engulfed in flames in a parking lot. No individuals were located at the scene.
Investigators canvassed the area for video evidence and obtained CCTV footage showing two suspects arriving on foot. The footage shows the suspects pouring gasoline on and around two heavy tow trucks parked in the lot before igniting the fire. Two additional vehicles were damaged as a result.

One suspect was seen wearing a white shirt, grey pants and white shoes, with a facial covering. The second suspect was not visible on camera. After the fire was set, both suspects fled southbound, police said. Officers remained on scene canvassing for additional evidence and surveillance footage. No injuries were reported.
