Kenworth is rolling out a limited-edition TourAmerica paint scheme. The eye-catching look is inspired by its iconic mid-1990s T600. The OEM noted that the paint scheme has been updated for today’s model lineups.
The commemorative design is now available on T680, W900L, W990, and T880 models with sleepers. It blends classic styling with modern finishes as part of the industry’s recognition of America’s 250th anniversary.
Freedom 250 Initiative Drives Celebration
The paint scheme launch ties into the Freedom 250 initiative. This is Kenworth’s nationwide graphic celebration marking the country’s 250th birthday while highlighting the role of trucking in American history.
Kenworth says the refreshed paint option gives fleets and owner-operators a way to showcase that legacy on the road.

Kenworth’s 1990’s “TourAmerica” paint scheme has been updated for compliment the OEM’s current model lineup.
Kenworth Truck Company
As part of the program, Kenworth donated a T680 with a 76-inch sleeper to the Freedom 250 Tour.
The truck will join a fleet of “Freedom Trucks” hauling mobile museums across the U.S. in 2026, delivering interactive educational exhibits to communities nationwide.
Kenworth leaders said the initiative reflects both pride in the brand’s history and continued support for drivers, veterans, and the broader trucking community.
