Alberta dealer network Glover International Trucks has been named the 2024 International U.S. and Canada Dealer of the Year.
The award was presented during International Motors’ annual dealer meeting in Phoenix, Ariz.
“The annual dealer meeting is such an exciting time for all of us at International,” said Dan Kayser, executive vice president, commercial operations, International. “Our industry moves so quickly, so it’s important to reflect on and celebrate the success of the previous year. Our truck and bus dealers are true partners who are dedicated to delivering the highest level of service to International customers.”
The top dealer awards went to those that excelled in: parts sales; truck sales; S13 Integrated powertrain sales; and service dwell time.
“Glover International is a testament to everything we hope our dealerships strive to be. Their attention to detail and commitment to driving customer value beyond the purchase of the vehicle is what is going to set International’s dealer body apart,” said Justina Morosin Batchelor, senior vice-president, sales and field operations, International.
“Customers throughout the country work closely with their dealer partners to ensure their operations continue to move smoothly. Glover International has really embodied that term ‘partner’ in 2024, and we couldn’t be more proud of how they represent International in their community.”
All Glover dealerships were Prestige Certified for 2024, and all achieved perfect customer response rates, the company said. They also exceeded targets for parts sales and their customer experience scores were roughly 8% higher than the average scores. Glover was also active on councils and committees.
