Mack Trucks has unveiled a major redesign of its PartsASIST online parts-ordering platform. The OEM said it has introduced a faster, more intuitive user experience intended to simplify how fleets and dealers source aftermarket parts.
The updated PartsASIST platform features a redesigned interface, improved search functionality, enhanced product pages and upgraded order-management tools.
Mack said the overhaul was built largely around customer feedback and focuses on reducing the number of steps required to find and order parts.
“This redesign represents a significant step forward for PartsASIST and for how our customers interact with the Mack parts ecosystem,” Rich Greenhill, vice president of aftermarket and solutions for Mack Trucks, said in a statement. “We took a hard look at the entire user journey and rebuilt the experience from the ground up. That includes faster load times, cleaner navigation, and a more intuitive layout that helps customers find and order the right part with fewer clicks.”
Enhanced Search and Inventory Visibility
Originally launched in 2021, PartsASIST provides 24/7 online access to Genuine Mack Parts, All Makes products, Road Choice and DEX Heavy Duty Parts through a single storefront.
Mack Trucks has launched a redesigned version of its PartsASIST online ordering platform, adding faster search, real-time inventory visibility and enhanced order tracking.Mack also added live warehouse-level inventory visibility so customers can confirm stock availability before placing orders.
The company said the platform now delivers faster search results and a more responsive experience across desktop and mobile devices.
New Product Views and Order Management Tools
The redesign also adds enhanced product pages with 360-degree imagery, detailed specifications, and alternative product suggestions designed to help customers identify the correct parts more quickly.
Mack upgraded the order-management dashboard as well, adding enhanced filtering, related-order linking, and simplified request-for-quote workflows.
“Every update we made was driven by how our customers actually use the platform,” Eric Davila, product owner for eCommerce aftermarket at Mack Trucks, said in a statement. “From the way search results are displayed to how orders are tracked, we focused on removing unnecessary steps and making the day-to-day parts-ordering process as efficient as possible.”
Existing Fleet Tools Remain Available
Mack said the redesigned platform retains existing fleet-management tools, quick-order functionality, and integration with the Mack dealer network throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Customers can continue using existing accounts to access fleet-specific part numbers, special pricing, and promotional offers.
“PartsASIST has always been about giving customers an easier way to buy parts,” Greenhill said. “This update takes that promise further — delivering a platform that’s faster, smarter, and built to keep fleets running.”
The redesigned PartsASIST platform is now live through Mack Trucks’ website.
