FRESNO COUNTY, Calif (FOX26) — A 25-year-old man and a 40-year-old man both from Washington State were arrested on Tuesday after they were found with 15 lbs of meth worth over $100,000, CHP says.
Just after 2:30 Tuesday afternoon a CHP-Central Divison K-9 officer conducted an enforcement stop on a Chrysler van.
The van was stopped by CHP for a traffic violation on I-5 North and Panoche Road.
During the stop, the officer noticed several indicators that made him believe the two occupants were engaged in criminal activity.
After searching the vehicle the officer found 15 lbs of suspected methamphetamine in the rear cargo area of the van.
