The J. J. Keller Center for Market Insights announced the launch of its fourth annual State of Fleet Management survey.
The company said this benchmarking survey aims to gain insights into the challenges faced by fleet managers, enabling the transportation industry to better understand their priorities and constraints as these change over time.
The survey covers a range of topics, including regulatory compliance, safety, driver knowledge and skill, and leadership buy-in. Fleet managers from all sectors are encouraged to participate and contribute to this research.
The survey, which is now open, will run through Monday, Feb. 12.

Driver who died in tanker crash identified
The driver of a tank truck that crashed and caught fire in Ohio earlier this week has been identified by authorities.
Authorities investigating the crash that occurred Saturday at Route 8 and Interstate 271 have identified the driver as 31-year-old Jason Stevens of Ashtabula, Ohio.
The Summit County medical examiner’s office said Stevens’ death was accidental.
The county sheriff’s office said the tanker truck was northbound on Route 8 and was trying to get on Interstate 271 north when the driver lost control. The truck went over the side of the bridge, landing on the northbound lanes of Route 8 and exploding in flames.
The truck was carrying 7,500 gallons of diesel at the time of the crash.
