
Smart transportation mobility solutions provider Zonar Systems announced its merger with GPS Trackit, provider of IoT and GPS fleet tracking and a portfolio company of Inverness Graham.
This partnership brings together fleet management technology providers, leveraging GPS Trackit’s industry expertise and infrastructure, according to a news release.
Zonar will operate as part of the GPS Trackit portfolio while providing fleet health and safety products. The two companies will form a platform that serves fleets, delivering telematics and cloud-based products for commercial fleet, field services, and passenger vehicle industries.
