TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A video from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office shows a semi-truck driver shooting at another driver during a road rage incident on Interstate 75.
The sheriff’s office said deputies were called to the Love’s Travel Stop on Northwest 47th Avenue on Sunday after there were reports of shots fired during a road rage incident.
A man told deputies that he was driving a semi-truck southbound on I-75 when another semi-truck driver, identified as 43-year-old Dylan Nissan Belleastin of Virginia, threw a water bottle at his truck.
The man said he pulled over to confront Belleastin but decided against it and drove away.

Investigators said Belleastin continued to follow the man and eventually pulled alongside him and fired several shots toward the victim.
Deputies said the victim quickly slowed down his truck in an attempt to avoid being struck by a bullet, pulled out a gun and fired toward Belleastin “out of fear for his own life.”
Belleastin drove to the Love’s Travel Stop but after a short time, he drove away and continued southbound on I-75, according to the victim.
Deputies said they obtained information to identify Belleastin as the suspect. They said they also obtained the dash camera footage that clearly shows Belleastin shooting at the victim at two separate times from the semi-truck cab.
According to deputies, Belleastin also retrieved a second handgun and pointed it at the victim, but he didn’t fire it.
Marion County deputies said they worked with United States Marshal Service agents to locate Belleastin in Ocala on Wednesday.
Belleastin was arrested and charged with shooting a missile into a vehicle, aggravated assault, criminal mischief and displaying a firearm during the commission of a felony.
He was taken to the Marion County Jail, where he remains without bond.
