Truck driver dies after semi overturns near Shenandoah
Council Bluffs man was killed in a crash about 10 miles northwest of Shenandoah on Tuesday afternoon.Iowa State Patrol said James Kinney, 67, was headed northbound on 370th Avenue when he partially left the roadway onto the shoulder for a few hundred feet.
