HANCOCK COUNTY, Ohio — A semi truck driver suffered minor injuries in a crash just north of Findlay on I-75 Thursday afternoon.
Travis Frazier, 45, of Springfield, Ohio, was driving southbound on I-75 when his semi drove off the road, struck a guardrail, overturned and caught fire just before 4 p.m., the Ohio State Highway Patrol said. Frazier was hospitalized and the semi sustained severe damage and had to be towed from the scene.
OSHP said the crash caused multiple lane closures and a traffic backup.
The cause of the crash is unclear and OSHP said it remains under investigation. Frazier was wearing his seatbelt.
