A four-year-old girl’s car window was smashed by a truck driver who is also accused of ramming the car on a Queensland highway.
The truck driver is being sought over the terrifying road-rage incident on the Sunshine Mwy at Sippy Downs on the Sunshine Coast on Sunday, March 10.
The man, of unknown age, was driving a small truck containing construction equipment such as a wheelbarrow and cement mixer, according to police.

The truck is reported to have rammed the back of a Holden Colorado ute which merged right in front of it.
The Colorado then moved back into the left lane because the driver — a man who also had his daughter in the back seat — was “fearful of further collisions”, police said in a statement.
The truck sped up to the Colorado and merged into the left lane in front of it.
The Colorado pulled off the highway into an emergency lane and stopped, before the truck pulled up beside the highway in front of it.
“The truck driver allegedly produced weapons and smashed the Colorado’s front head lights, damaged the bonnet and shattered the rear passenger’s window where (the man’s) daughter was sitting,” police said.
The type of weapon used has not been revealed.
Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or have dashcam footage is asked to come forward, with police specifying “any small amount of information is helpful”.
