Bosch has launched FleetME, a fleet maintenance management platform designed to help commercial carriers streamline and optimize maintenance operations using real-time data, predictive analytics, and a unified interface.
Part of the company’s logistics operating system, FleetME connects vehicle diagnostics, OEM maintenance schedules, parts availability, and repair workflows in one integrated platform. With real-time event-driven computing and an AI analytics pipeline, the platform supports scalable analytics and custom workflow integration, including work order management, in-house and third-party repair scheduling, the company said in a news release.
Bosch says FleetME leverages live vehicle data and advanced analytics for predictive maintenance and proactive issue identification. From there, the solution provides alerts, best repair practices, and optimal service schedules for asset management.
“FleetME empowers fleets with the intel they need to help reduce repair costs and unproductive down-time,” said Luke Hugel, president and regional business responsible for Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions, North America. “By helping to minimize maintenance-based disruptions and keep trucks on the road, FleetME can support improved up-time, robust warranty claim enablement and streamlined maintenance workflows.”
FleetME’s single interface provides visibility across various maintenance operations and streamlines and integrates various data sources while enhancing and synthesizing data to support improved decision-making.
The platform’s Maintenance Management Ecosystem aims to serve fleets across industries, combining fault codes, maintenance workflows, diagnostics, and aftermarket parts management into a cohesive system. Fleets can sign up for a 30-day trial through Bosch’s website.
