The organization has developed a number of educational programs, including the upcoming launch of the transportation claims specialist (TCS) designation, a best-in-class trucking claims curriculum. MCIEF’s commitment to education has seen significant growth over the years, from its initial conference in 2013 to hosting the largest Western Conference to date in 2023. During the pandemic, MCIEF transitioned to virtual events – reaching a broader audience and making education accessible remotely.
