A new mobile app Freight Pay Tracker aims to help owner-operators and small trucking companies take control of their finances.
The new app, now available on both iPhone and Android, is accessible for download on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It allows users to log loads, track invoices and outstanding balances, and view real-time payment summaries, eliminating the need for spreadsheets or paper invoices.
“Too many small trucking businesses lose money and time chasing payments,” said Doug Hayden, creator of Freight Pay Tracker, in a news release. “We built this app to give them control. Every mile, every load, every payment — right where they need it.”
The app features load entry fields for shipper, broker, and payment amounts; automated tracking with balance summaries; an intuitive dashboard showing total income and unpaid loads; and secure local data storage that doesn’t require a login.
