POLICE SAY SUNDAY MORNING THE DRIVER OF THIS TRACTOR TRAILER REPEATEDLY CROSSED INTO ONCOMING TRAFFIC, FIRST ON CLINTON STREET AND THEN ON THE INTERSTATE. INVESTIGATORS SAY SEVERAL DRIVERS HAD TO SWERVE OFF OF THE ROAD AND ONE VEHICLE WAS HIT BY THE TRUCK
