
WOODBRIDGE, Va. — Police in Virginia have not identified the FedEx truck driver who died on Nov. 19 after a crash involving a passenger vehicle and bridge.
According to the Virginia State Police, the accident happened at around 5 a.m. at the 156 mile marker of Interstate 95 in Woodbridge, Virginia. Police didn’t say how the wreck happened, but the driver of the sedan fled the scene after the accident.
Police said that after the truck and car collided, the truck struck a bridge support beam, causing the trailer to rip open.
The investigation remains active.
