ENDERLIN, N.D. — The driver of an unloaded Kenworth truck pulling a semitrailer was injured after the truck left the road near Enderlin on Friday, Sept. 1.
Around 9:45 a.m., 62-year-old Keith Kraft, of Fargo, was southbound in the Kenworth on County Road 38 when he drove into the east ditch, according to a release from the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The truck hit bushes and trees, as well as a ground wire for a power line, the release said.
Kraft, who was not wearing a seat belt, was taken to Sanford in Fargo for serious injuries that were not life-threatening, according to the patrol. He faces a charge for care required, and the crash remains under investigation.
Enderlin is about 60 miles southwest of Fargo.
