Driver in critical condition after car vs. Bud Light semi-truck crash in Apopka
One person was seriously hurt Friday morning when a vehicle collided with a Bud Light semi-truck in Apopka.It happened around 6 a.m. in the area of Boy Scout Boulevard and West Orange Blossom Trail. According to Florida Highway patrol, the Bud Light truck was making a left turn onto Boy Scout Boulevard when the driver of a Chevy Malibu ran a red light at the intersection. Officials say the Chevy struck the side of the semi-truck, causing the load of beer cans to be scattered onto the roadway.The driver of the Chevy was airlifted to ORMC in critical condition.
