A pickup truck driver died Wednesday after he was mowed down by another man during a road-road fight on the Upper East Side, police said.
The fatal clash erupted around 4 p.m. on E. 60 Street between Park and Third avenues — where the two men got into it before the 54-year-old exited his pickup and slashed the tires of a gray sedan, according to police.
The 26-year-old driver of the sedan then hit the gas, striking the older man and pinning him up against a glass storefront, according to cops.
EMS rushed the pickup driver to Presbyterian Hospital where he died, according to police.
The 26-year-old was taken into custody. Charges against him were pending.
